Core Cardio Kickboxing
A 60-minute fat blasting, cardio kickboxing focused workout. You will learn real kickboxing combos, punch and kick bags, work with trainers and get a full-body workout. Our Cardio kickboxing classes are instructed by Michael Leung who has 25 years of Martial Arts experience. We offer three types of cardio kickboxing: a dedicated bag class, a circuit class, and an advanced partner drill class. See our app for schedule.

This 45-minute training session utilizes short bursts of intense exercise followed by either complete rest or low intensity movements. This type of training will have you burning through fat long after your workout is over.
