Core Cardio Kickboxing
A 60-minute fat blasting, cardio kickboxing focused workout. You will learn real kickboxing combos, punch and kick bags, work with trainers and get a full-body workout. Our Cardio kickboxing classes are instructed by Michael Leung who has 25 years of Martial Arts experience. We offer three types of cardio kickboxing: a dedicated bag class, a circuit class, and an advanced partner drill class. See our app for schedule.
