Things to bring with you:

1. A mask. You must wear a mask until you are on your mat. You will not need to wear a mask while working out.

2. Your own mat. A yoga mat works great. 

3. Sneakers. Although we practice barefoot training in the gym you will be more comfortable with sneakers during outdoor workouts

4. Water! Bring more than you think you're going to want :)

Hand sanitizer will be provided.
