Core Strength Fitness Class Descriptions

Metabolic Conditioning: Shred fat and build muscle with metabolic training! This 45-minute class is a high energy group fitness experience that will have you reaching your fitness goals in no time! Utilize kettlebells, barbells, and kickboxing moves in this fun, effective, addictive group workout.

Core Cardio Kickboxing (Partner): A 60-minute kickboxing focused workout. You will learn real kickboxing movements, work with a partner, punch and kick bags, work with trainers and get a full body workout.

Core Cardio Kickboxing (Bag): This 45-minute kickboxing-based workout utilizes bag work to rev up your metabolism. In this energetic, fast-paced class. You will kick, punch, jump rope, work pads with a trainer and get a full-body effective workout.
