Co-owners Michael Leung and Ingrid Anderson opened Core Strength Fitness in 2018 out of their love of fitness and their goal to provide the BEST workout in town. They foster a positive and supportive environment while teaching proper technique so that you can get the most out of your workout without fear of injury.
Their certifications include: HKC, ACE CPT, KBC, RDN, CDN.

Patrece works by day as an Occupational Therapist and has been teaching group fitness for 10 years! Faithe is a NASM CPT, UESCA Run Coach, Certified Group Fitness and Functional and Core Fitness instructor.
She is also an avid ultra runner having competed in many types of trail and road races from 5k’s to 1000k journey runs.
Faithe came to her fitness journey later in life, after raising her young children and needing to lose a large amount of weight. She found joy in that journey becoming stronger, fitter and able to set goals and accomplish them.
She loves working with others to attain their fitness goals whether they are weight loss, getting stronger, running a marathon or hitting that one perfect push up.
Kristin is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a Preschool Speech Pathologist by day. Her passion for fitness led to countless hours spent at the gym. Her love of weightlifting began over 10 years ago as a college student when she discovered that building strength could also build confidence and bring joy.
Kristin is always looking for a new challenge and was ecstatic when kickboxing found its way into her life. After spending years training family and friends for fun, she is so happy to share this passion with others. Her goal is to motivate, inspire, and encourage others to reach their goals and to spread the joy of fitness.
