We foster a positive and supportive environment while teaching proper technique so that you can get the most out of your workout without fear of injury. Their certifications include: HKC, ACE CPT, KBC, RDN, CDN.

Di has trained in traditional Muay Thai since 2013 and studied under legendary world champion BM Sasiprapa and Kru William Schultz of Mongrel Combatative Arts. Her Monday night (6:15pm) 45minute kickboxing bag class blends technique, cardio, and conditioning to start your week with a killer workout and help perfect your form!
